1. Service Content

1.1 The App provides AI-powered dietary management services to users, including but not limited to:

• Food photo recognition and nutritional data analysis (such as calories, protein, carbohydrates, etc.);
• Personalized dietary plan recommendations;
• Diet recording and management features.

1.2 The information provided by the App is for reference only and cannot replace professional medical advice or nutritionist guidance. If you have special health conditions, please use the App under the guidance of a doctor or professional nutritionist.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Users must ensure that the food photos and data submitted are authentic and legal, and must not upload illegal, inappropriate, or improper content.

2.2 Users should properly safeguard their personal accounts and passwords. Any account leakage or loss due to personal reasons shall be borne by the user.

2.3 Users should comply with relevant laws and regulations during use and must not use the App for any illegal activities.

3. Data and Privacy

3.1The App may collect and use users' basic information and dietary data to optimize service experience.

3.2User data will be protected and used according to the Privacy Policy. Except as required by law or with user consent, the App will not disclose users' personal information to third parties.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 The nutritional analysis results provided by the App are for reference only and do not guarantee absolute accuracy.

4.2 The App shall not be legally liable for any health issues or losses caused by users relying on the information provided by the App.

4.3 The App shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, etc., caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to the App.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content of the App (including but not limited to text, images, icons, interface design, program code, etc.) is protected by law and may not be copied, modified, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

5.2 Content uploaded by users in the App authorizes the App to use it within a reasonable scope to provide related services.

6. Service Changes and Termination

6.1 The App reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate part or all of its services at any time as needed and shall not be liable for any losses caused to users as a result.

6.2 If users do not agree with the modified Terms, they have the right to stop using the App. Continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations.

7.2Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties; if consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location of the App's operator.

8. Subscription Terms

8.1 The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans (e.g., Pro Annual Plan) that provide access to premium features.

8.2 Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

8.3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

8.4 Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

8.5 Free trial periods (if offered) will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

8.6 You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

8.7 Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google and are not directly handled by the App.
